I was asked yesterday if I have ever heard of The Nervo Twins – I hadn’t. So I decide to do my research, turns out I was missing out on a lot. Not only are the girls song writers and produce their own music, they’ve Dj at popular festivals all over the world. Miriam and Olivia Nervo were born in Australia in1982. They first appeared in the public eye when they were both signed to a modeling agency – which explains their fabulous taste in fashion. Pursuing a career in music the girls signed to Sony/ATV as songwriters, and the twins careers grew fast when they partnered up with David Guetta and Kelly Rowland to co-write the Grammy Award winning song “When love takes Over” in 2009. The Nervo sisters have had songs all over the music charts and have appeared in magazines and small soap operas. After Djing at Tomorrowland, the ladies teamed up with Afrojack and made the track “The Way We See the World”. The song made the girls the first sisters to DJ and break EDM charts – talk about girl power! Check out the twins latest music video “Ready for the Weekend” ft R3HAB & Ayah Marar.
