We want your shopping experience at HYPEGIRLS to be top notch! We hope you love each item you receive; if not, we’re here to help. Whether you need a different size, color, or item, we will gladly help you with an exchange. Want a refund? Check out our simple returns below. Return Information
- We accept returns postmarked within 7 days of the date your package arrives from us.
- Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for return, and the shoes will be returned to you.
- Cosmetics, Gift Cards, Intimates, Undies, Bodysuits, Tights, Socks, Custom Jewelry, Custom Accessories, Custom Shoes, Custom-cut Tees, Custom-cut Shorts, Hand-Painted Items (or any Custom Hype item) or Final Sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Jewelry, Sunglasses, Phone Cases and ID Cases are returnable in new condition but not exchangeable.
- For health purposes, swimwear and underwear is NOT returnable.
Returns are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving your return. We’ll send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
How Do I Make an Exchange?
Exchanges are easy and fast! If you would like to make an exchange, it must be within 14 days of your initial purchase. please send back your items following the instructions below:
- Email us at info@hypegirls.com.
- Our customer care representatives will create a new order for the new item you would like to receive in exchange. You are charged at this time for the cost of the merchandise, and it will be shipped to you with free ground shipping within the continental United States. For exchange orders shipped to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands, shipping is $10.
- Send back your return item(s).

Leave the rest up to us! Your new items will be processed and shipped out promptly after contacting customer care. When your return is received and processed, we’ll email you a refund notification.
How do I Make a Return?
To return your item(s), follow the steps below:
- Sign into your HYPEGIRLS.com account from the “login” link at the top right of our site.
- Locate the order which contains the items(s) you wish to return, click the “View” button, and follow the prompts to initiate your return.
- Print out the provided slip and enclose it with your HYPEGIRLS return.
- Send back your return item(s).

We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. HYPEGIRLS is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs.
Return shipping costs vary by shipping method used in the order. Overnight and 2nd Day Air return shipping charges are $18. Third Day Air and Ground return shipping charges are $7. To reship a refused or undeliverable package is another a shipping cost dependent on what kind of shipping you prefer. If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, there is a 15% restocking fee.
