Wiz Khalifa Sued Over Black and Yellow

Wiz Khalifa Sued Over Black and Yellow. It’s infectious, it’s Steeler inspiring, it made big bucks: it’s Wiz Khalifa‘s “Black and Yellow”. The now-dubbed theme song for the Pittsburg Steelers.

Unfortunately, it seems the song may not have been as original as we all believed. Wiz Khalifa (real name Cameron Jibril Thomaz), production duo Stargate, EMI Music Publishing, Warner Music GroupWiz Khalifa Sued and others are being sued over the song by a rapper called Maxamillion. Maxamillion, legal name Max Warren, claims Khalifa copied his song “Pink N Yellow” and is suing for $2,375,000.00.

Khalifa and his reps state that he has never heard of Maxamillion, and that he is a small time rapper searching for a pay day.

Give a listen to them both below and let us know what you think: is Wiz Khalifa a song stealer?
