Hemp seed milk is delicious and has a variety of health benefits.You can use it just as you would use regular milk – it is great in smoothies, over cereal or with oatmeal. You can purchase ready made hemp seed milk at your local grocery store, but It is actually quite easy to make at home. Be sure try out this hemp seed milk recipe on your Sunday Funday!

Ingredients
- Use organics!
- 1/2 cup raw hemp seed
- 2 cups purified water
- 1/2 tbsp raw honey
- 1/4 tbsp organic vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in blender
- Blend on high 1-2 mins or until mix is smooth
- Allow to cool in fridge or serve chilled over ice
- Enjoy!
***Tip: For a little extra zing, you can add a sprinkle of cinnamon to the mix 🙂
