If someone is stressing you to the point where you can’t get them off your mind, make a mental list or write it down if you feel it necessary. Figure out if the reason this person is stressing your out can be overlooked, because the positives they’ve had in your life outweigh the negatives or if it’s time to let go. You cannot keep dwelling on something or someone.
If something in your life is not going the way you want it to, you must change it to get to the point where you can have inner peace.
Of course, we’re all afraid of change…at first, but if you don’t change the things that are bothering you or making you unhappy, than you will forever be stressed.
